Meet Dr. T

I'm Dr. Taranjit Ohson — sports chiropractor and creator of SAZN.

I built SAZN for one reason: to create the system I wish existed when I was growing up.

Like many South Asian men, I was raised around incredible culture, family, and tradition — but almost no guidance on strength, nutrition, confidence, or long-term health. I saw our community struggle with energy, metabolism, discipline, and identity… and I went through a lot of that myself.

As I moved into sports medicine and performance coaching, I learned what actually works: structured training, evidence-based nutrition, and a mindset built on consistency and self-respect.

SAZN is that system.

A high-performance mentorship designed to help South Asian men rebuild their body, upgrade their health, and become stronger examples for their families and communities.

Frequently asked questions

Who is SAZN for?

SAZN is built for South Asian men who want structure, clarity, and a system grounded in evidence-informed training and nutrition. The program adapts to all levels.

Do I need a gym membership?

Yes. The SAZN training system relies on equipment found in a commercial gym to ensure proper progression and measurable strength improvements.

How long do the workouts take?

Most sessions take 45–60 minutes and are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle.

What equipment do I need?

A standard commercial gym setup: dumbbells, barbells, cables, and basic machines.

Does SAZN work with vegetarian or plant-based diets?

Yes. The nutrition framework accommodates vegetarian and plant-forward South Asian diets. We do not have Vegan programs at this time.

How does nutrition work in 1:1 coaching?

You’ll follow a structured nutrition framework tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences, with clear guidance on food tracking for long-term consistency.

How does nutrition work in the SAZN App?

SAZN App members receive the Skinny-Fat to Strong nutrition guide, which outlines the full SAZN nutrition framework. You’ll use the book to structure your own nutrition and apply the principles independently.

What’s the difference between 1:1 Coaching and the SAZN App?

1:1 Coaching: Personalized plan, weekly coaching video calls, check-ins, and direct feedback.

SAZN App: Follow structured programs and progressions independently.

Both use the same SAZN training system.

How do weekly check-ins work?

You submit weekly data through the app. During your coaching call, your progress is reviewed and adjustments are applied.

How quickly will I see results?

Results vary by training history, consistency, and lifestyle. SAZN focuses on sustainable, measurable progress.

Will I have access to the coaching team?

1:1 clients have messaging access for clarification and support between weekly calls.

Refunds & Payment Policy

All SAZN products, programs, subscriptions, and coaching services are final sale.
No refunds, credits, transfers, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By enrolling or purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage, participation, or personal circumstances.
Early termination does not release you from payment obligations. If you choose to stop participating before your term ends, the remaining balance is still due.
Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted.
App subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but past payments are not refundable, and cancelation does not reverse charges that have already been processed.
1:1 coaching follows the commitment term agreed upon at enrollment, and all payments for that term remain due in full.
These policies exist to maintain fairness, uphold the integrity of the program, and protect the time and resources invested into each client.

Do I need to track calories?

Yes. Tracking is required so the coaching team can make precise adjustments and ensure your nutrition aligns with your goals.

Is SAZN suitable for beginners?

Yes. The system includes foundational progressions for beginners and advanced options for experienced lifters.

What if I have past injuries?

SAZN training emphasizes proper mechanics, mobility, and stability. Share your movement history during onboarding so your plan reflects it.
